- inspection or certification decisions, or
- companies certified by agroVet GmbH or
- products certified by agroVet GmbH.
Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our customers have the possibility to object to or appeal decisions made during inspections, audits and certifications. Should you not be satisfied with our inspection and certification activities, please let us know accordingly in writing, and we will promptly review the matter following the four-eyes principle. Please note that, for legal reasons, specific reclamations or appeals must be submitted by our customers in writing within a period of 14 days after the audit result (also see: General Terms and Conditions).
Third parties may also send complaints concerning our certified customers or products accordingly in writing, and we will promptly review the matter following our internal procedure.
